Tabata – No. 1

A ‘Tabata’ is type of high-intensity-interval-training or (HIIT) developed by the researcher Izumi Tabata. It involves multiple sets of high energy exercise followed by rest periods. In this Tabata you will do 20 seconds on followed by 10 seconds off of ALL exercises. You are going to have a great time…snicker…snicker..

Note: Please plan 12-minutes instead of the usual 10 if you can.
