Traveling Lunges

1 minute, travel around your home or office, it’s nice to get a different view sometimes when working out.

Side Plank

30 seconds on each side (both sides for each circuit), do the side plank wherever your lunges take you. Feel free to do them on a couch cushion or chair if that is where your lunges take you.

Pec Stretch

1 minute on each side
