10!

Who was paying attention in 12th Grade math class? Bonus points if you recognize the title of this workout as “ten factorial”. Today’s high-intensity interval workout has you repeating 2 exercises for 10 sets. 10! equals 10 x 9 x 8 x 7…. This corresponds to the number of repetitions in each set. Switch exercises after each set. So do 10 Pushups, 10 Lunges, 9 Pushups, 9 Lunges, 8 Pushups etc.

Set your timer for 10 minutes. Do as many rounds as you can before the timer goes off. When the timer goes off you are done. It is possible to finish in less then 10 minutes. Notate how far you got. The forum is a great place to keep track of your numbers.
