Cobra – “W” Arms

Key Points:

  • Hands are near your shoulders and elbows are bent significantly, making a “W” shape.
  • Lift your hands and elbows equally, focusing on the muscles in between your shoulder blades
  • Keep the back of your neck long. (don’t look forward, look at the floor)
