TRX Suspension Exercises
We offer TRX training and can build you a workout plan for TRX equipment. If you haven’t tried TRX it is a form of training that utilizes easy to setup hanging equipment (usually in doorways) to aid you in using your body weight to exercise. Our trainers bring the TRX equipment with them. No purchase necessary.
Training for Runners
We train runners and proper running form. Whether you just like to run around the block, or you’ve got your sites set on something larger like the Maple Grove Half Marathon we can get you in proper shape to achieve your goal.
If you are interested in Pilates you don’t have a lot of choices in the City of Maple Grove. You may have to drive in to Minneapolis. Or you can give our in-home Pilates service a go and save yourself the hassle.
