Hi, I’m Nancy

My favorite thing about personal training is making a real measurable difference in someone’s life. Goals are good! I particularly love to train people for a specific event in which they want to look or feel their best.

  • My boyfriend and I love to cook – grill – bake – smoke meat and fish. We are never short on protein! We are also both sports and wine lovers.

  • I placed 3rd in the Beginner Figure Tall class at the Northern States Natural Classic fitness competition in 2011.
  • If I was a foot shorter, I would want to be a jockey.

Train for an Event

I hold a BS in Exercise Science from the College of St. Catherine and I’m Functional Movement Systems certified. I’ve learned how to methodically train your body for a goal you’d like to achieve. Whether that is a to run a 10k, get ready for ski season, or to look your best for you wedding.

Develop Excellent Fitness Habits

I have 17 years experience as personal fitness trainer. In that time, I have have had ample opportunity to see what works and what doesn’t to develop good habits. Strong habits build a strong and healthy body.
