Types of at-home personal training that we offer in Minneapolis
TRX Suspension Exercises
We offer TRX training and can build you a workout plan for TRX equipment. If you haven’t tried TRX it is a form of training that utilizes easy to setup hanging equipment (usually in doorways) to aid you in using your body weight to exercise. Our trainers bring the TRX equipment with them. No purchase necessary.
Training for Runners
We offer personal training for runners. Cross training helps to align the body and prevent injury. Weight training or other forms of strength training are vital when in rehab for an injury. Beginners welcome! Training for a Marathon? Let us help you do it right.
Pilates workouts make for an elegant posture, strong abs, and great foundation for other forms of exercise. We offer in-home private sessions on a Pilates Mat (our trainer will provide one). If you own a Pilates reformer machine and you need to learn how to use it our trainers can help. Also we offer reformer training in a downtown Minneapolis gym.
Remember when your high school gym teacher said not to use momentum in your weight training? We think he was wrong. And so do legions of kettlebell training enthusiasts around the country. Kettlebell routines combine the benefits of weight training with a high-intensity cardio workout. Let us get you started on the right track. Kettlebells can be dangerous so please start your program with a professional trainer.
