Pilates-Style Training

Pilates workouts make for an elegant posture, strong abs, and great foundation for other forms of exercise. We offer in-home private sessions on a Pilates Mat (our trainer will provide one). If you own a Pilates reformer machine and you need to learn how to use it our trainers can help. Also we offer reformer training in a downtown Minneapolis gym.

Kettlebell Training

Remember when your high school gym teacher said not to use momentum in your weight training? We think he was wrong. And so do legions of kettlebell training enthusiasts around the country. Kettlebell routines combine the benefits of weight training with a high-intensity cardio workout. Let us get you started on the right track.
