Welcome! If you are reading this page it is most likely because you know one of our trainers or clients. They may have given you a card that looks like this:


If so you are entitled to a free session with one of our trainers. We believe that the foundation of fitness is long-term habits. These habits are built incrementally over time. We want to help you build the new long-term habit of seeing a trainer regularly.

It doesn’t matter if you see your trainer daily, several times a week, once a week or even 2x per month. The most important thing is consistency. Your first challenge is to see your trainer 3 times total. The third session is on us.


How the Program Works

  • We’ll set up a phone call to match you with a trainer.
  • Pay for 2 sessions.
  • The 3rd is complementary.
  • Continue with your new habit.
