Quad Stretch

Key Points:

  • Keep your abs engaged so that you do not feel any stretch or discomfort in your lower back.
  • Hold on to your ankle not your foot.
  • Try to keep a straight line from your hip to your knee. If you flex at the hip you will not get a good stretch.
